A response to the “you all look alike” comment towards Asian people, working with the idea of jamais vu, made by two Asian Americans. 

Using a list of male and female Asian American celebrities that Gracie and I have been said to look like countless times, we digitally fused our faces with our respective look-alikes to form uncanny, fake portraits of a man and woman who look nothing like ourselves or the celebrities used in the process. The result is a diptych of two underwhelming, generic, doll-like faces.
